      Preparation Instructions: Add a sachet of 3g daily in 200 ml of water, tea, juice or yogurt and smoothies. You can also create a completely naturally enhanced and healthy meal by adding it to yogurt, creating your delicious super bowl.

      Main ingredients:

      Propolis extract: it is the resinous substance that bees collect to seal and disinfect the hive. Rich in flavonoids, phenols and terpenes, which offer unique properties in stimulating the body’s defenses.

      Echinacea (cichoric acid +caftaric acid min. 0.5%): helps to strengthen the body’s natural defenses and the proper function of the immune system, to prevent and treat infections, the common cold and flu.

      Siberian Ginseng Extract 8:1 (eleutherosides B + E min. 0.8%): supports the immune system, stimulates the body in case of weakness, exhaustion and tiredness or during convalescence and rehabilitation, and helps the body recover.

      Elderberry fruit 4:1 : Helps the body in case of cold.

      Acerola (Vitamin C as L-Ascorbic acid 17%) & Rose Hip (Vitamin C as L-Ascorbic acid 0.5%): two of the richest natural sources of vitamin C. Vitamin C is essential because it contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.
